sinw means the one that T is automatically giving out when you spend £40 as a till spit.
  • hi sinw I was asking myself the same question earlier: here is exerpt from tesco's site t&c:

    Terms and Conditions

If you qualify for this offer we will send you an email on Monday 13th February with your eCoupon for £5 off your next shop online when you spend £40 and have an order delivered between Tuesday 14th February and Sunday 19th February 2012. Both shops will need to be made using this email address to login to your account. Receive £5 off when you spend £40 or more in store between Monday 6th February - Sunday 12th February inclusive, to redeem when you spend £40 or more in store between Monday 13th February - Sunday 19th February inclusive. Only one coupon per transaction. Both £40 spends exclude purchases of infant milk, formulae, tobacco products, fuel, prescription medicines, stamps, lottery, cafe, E-Top up, opticians, travel money, insurance, gift cards, glass hire, Nutricentre, fireworks and delivery charges. Sorry am on a roll of posts today as been stuck indoors in freezing cold supervising workmen putting in windows VERY slowly in the snow!

Does anyone use a smartphone when they are shopping and have any apps to recommend? (planning to steal OH's iphone for the weekly shop!) It would be really useful in Ms and Aldi, as I can't add up my shop before I go thanks to their websites, but I want to make sure I make best use of the WYS vouchers. I found last week at Aldi that I spent quite a lot over the £30: I'm always panicking that I won't make it and add more to the trolley, then it's way over. Don't fancy literally adding up on phone calculator as I go along, partly cos my maths is so bad I end up getting confused half way through and adding things twice or not at all. Not very MSE!!! any help appreciated thanks x

OMG. Only 2 pro Points per portion.

Apparently works well done in micro (think chocolate sauce)

unfortunately its not done in 200g pack size so can't use coupon with it
    The end is nigh
  • Some of philadelphia 200g 50p off coupons are also able to be used on any minitubs variety, there seems to be at least two versions each of both the £1 and 50p ones out there at the minute xx

thanks kittycatface, aesop and dasophster, emailed them and someone phoned back to say that my local extra that does the online orders in my area does not take coupons for online shops.

she said she personally phoned them up to check, so i'm guessing some other stores still do except them as if it was standard policy to decline them she wouldn't have needed to check....

so hopefully other mse's might benefit from checking their local area stores just incase, would save time and effort tracking down items just to be trouted at checkout
  • Thanks Levis that's you and me in the same boat then!

Went to Boots today armed with two colgate coupons and acm voucher. acm voucher would not scan, they said it has to be used on the date that you PRINT it not the expiry date written on the coupon??? Anyone else had this?

Anyway I have written off to Boots CS requesting a whole 98p back (10% acm voucher, 10% off that boots offers to students on a wednesday - the trout refused to give it to me even though I have a uni card, and the price of postage!) it's the principle.

I always hold a whole queue up but quite frankly a lot of these people have never been poor I think, and never questioned the ridiculous price rises of things that cost peanuts to make. Toothpaste is and should never be £1.99 in the first place! Rant over. :rotfl: hope you've all had good couponing days x

The nonsense some of these SAs come out with  If it was only to be used on the day of printing then surely the expiry date would be the day of printing? It seems to me some SA have no clue how to manually enter stuff that doesn't scan and so try to cover up their own inadequacies by making up rubbish xx
