You would be better thanking MT for all her hard work on the "proper coupon thread" as that should save you a lot nmore than the out of date pdf thread;)[/QUOTE]

  • hi
this was mentioned before but due to extra work involved a compromised was reached
for each new coupon posted , after i've added it i thank the poster and add at the top in big red letters NEW COUPON or if i've re added one the it RE ADDED COUPON
This is really a suggestion for MT. As a daily viewer I can see when the coupon thread has been updated but find it very had to spot what is NEW. So as a suggestion is it possible to add a NEW (in a bright colour say yellow or green) next to what has been added or updated, and the delete it after 24 hours or the next time the thread is updated?

I realise I could get some flack for this but am sure others might also find it useful. Not even sure you will see this as it is in the chat part of the forum.

If you do see this, I would also like to say a big thank you :T for all the hard work you (and others) put into the thread. If this would make what you do even more difficult then obviously ignore - as its just an idea.
  • thought that line sounded familiar

its the little things that give them away

I remember now! she said that she was too busy to read all the chat etc and she liked the idea of having the coupons in one place.

Are you thinking of this one, from the "famous, wonderful, life-changing" thread itself.

Good thread. Much easier for printing PDFs. Maybe a link on the coupon thread to this one so all PDF are just here would save trolling the coupon thread where they are mixed in with others.

I couldn't agree with you more! I've been a lurker for over three years on this website and nothing has ever inspired me to feel a need to write something before. (I've got four children and they are a handful so I don't have much time to spare). This thread is a real lifesaver to me. I just click and print every time - it's as easy as that.

.... and I love the statement of what has inspired them to finally post on MSE having sponged off of it for 3 years :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

how do you do that? are you magic?

also think the same person posted on the last coupon thread before this one with similiar wording.....
  • STOP YOUR BULLYING!

I am a genuine poster and the FACT that I have children that doesn’t mean to say I am another poster who also has children. How utterly silly of you! Are you people really so silly that you have nothing better to do than attack another poster who simply has a different point of view to your own.
