  • Can anyone tell me where you find those Love Tub chocolate deserts in the supermarkets? Never bought them before so wasn't sure if they were a frozen thing or are they just on the shelves? Going for a free one tomorrow. :D

Try Firefox and see if that works, unless you are opening via Firefox.

    Lynsey

Thanks Lynsey. Unfortunately I'm already using FF. I even tried IE to see if that made a difference but no luck. :(

    Hi all,

Am hoping one of you may be able to help please? My coupon printer has stopped working :( It keeps asking me to install it but it's already installed. I've tried the solutions posted in the main thread ( checking the plugins are enabled and uninstalling and reinstalling) and I'm still being prompted to install it :( Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks in advance

Uninstall coupon printer. Google an american coupon sitr. Install their coupon prinyr snd try again.

    Which one?

The one I looked at had people with exactly the same problem!

Although someone did explain why it happened, and the drastic measures you have to go to, to fix it.

    No, I fixed my problem.

I did look at that site, well a site about problems with that site's coupon printer.

The reinstall seems to be very simple. When you first install the coupon printing software it puts a unique ID number somewhere on your computer, just like windows does. This number is used to identify your computer, so you can't print more coupons than allowed.

If you uninstall the software the ID number does not get deleted, and if you reinstall the software you do not get a new ID. This is to stop you printing the coupon limit, uninstalling the coupon printer, reinstalling it and printing more coupons.

    Now the problem.

Sometimes that unique ID number gets corrupted, not saved, other otherwise becomes invalid. When you try to print a coupon, the software looks for that number, to check it is a valid number and is not blocked, if it doesn't find a number that is in it's database as a valid number it thinks you do not have the coupon printer software installed, so it tells you to install it.

There is a web page that looks for that id number on your computer, and tells you what it is. Unfortunately it only works for the coupons dot com software.

Most people who have had the reinstall problem, and visited the page, report that their unique ID is "0", and in at least one case it was "ERROR".

    The solution

Find that Unique ID number and delete it. Then reinstall the coupon printing software, it will think this is the first time you are installing it and give you a new number. If your number is ok, not "0" etc. then you will be able to print coupons.

Unfortunately, the person who discovered this fixed it by reformatting and repartitioning his hard drive then reinstalling windows and everything else.

A bit too "sledge hammer v nut" for me, but it would work.

there is a way to find the number. It will be in the Registry file. Saves having to reformat and rebuild laptop/PC.
