Does anyone have issues printing from the Britains greatest?
I never have problems printing from anywhere else yet I have never had a single coupon print from this site and I can't figure out why...Grrrrr.
Also on the subject of Tesco refusing coupons, I was in my local on Saturday and nearly all coupons - even from their own magazine had to be input manually and when I queried it they said they had to put blocks on as the police had been involved as theres massive amounts of fraudulent ones being given in!
I've never had any trouble printing the dettol handwash from Britains Greatest when it has been on there.
I think your local has put a block on the coupons and it isn't a store wide block as I used some coupons on Sunday and they scanned fine.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Hi, i had trouble for the first time in my local Asda at the weekend. They said that they weren't accepting internet coupons anymore and were cracking down. They accepted my lazytown juice coupon though, but did say something about before i shop vouchers i think.
Anyone else had an Asda issue?0 -
Thankyou for that.
Tesco rang me yesterday following someone from head office going to my local store yesterday and giving the person who refused my coupons a right telling off. Plus someone spoke to the same person twice last Friday and gave her a telling off. She now has to go and get further training. My coupons were accepted today without issue and I have a £10 voucher on its way for all the hassle I've had.Dr.Who-Who wrote: »Keira, it took me 10-15 minutes looking for your post! thought you were in the "chat" thread.:rotfl:
Anyway, after further discussion with my staff - I can now reply to your question and I apologise for the delay in responding to your query:D.
Dear Shareholder,
Thank you for your email addressed to our Chief Executive, to which I have been asked to respond. Please accept my apologies for the delay in doing so.
I am very sorry for the misunderstanding with regards to online vouchers/coupons. I can appreciate the disappointment this has caused.
I have spoke with Deborah, our Cash Operations manager and she has looked into the issue and advised me that we have not changed our coupon policy and we can accept coupons regardless of whether they are printed from the Internet or cut from a leaflet.
If you can let me know the name of the store in question I will contact them and advise the process has not changed.
Thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of our Chief Executive.
Kind regards
Customer Service Executive

Again the same thing but ASDA is much better to deal with. Next time if the checkout refused to take the coupons (provided you bought the correct items) pay your groceries then go to the customer service & claim it back tell/show them that you bought the goods & the checkout not willing to give you discount:D 99.9% the customer service will ask for the item(s) & scan it & use the coupon(s) and pay you the differents.RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -
Not sure this is the right place but I have searched and landed back here
The last three times I've ordered groceries online from Tesco I've had to phone up over their not accepting my money off vouchers. The same thing happened with my order last night when I tried to use a £15 off voucher. It wouldn't work. The operator gave me £15 off my next order not the one I'd ordered last night. I was not happy! I asked why there is always a problem with codes being incorrect. She could only apologise
I smell a rat. I think the whole thing is a swizz and that Tesco know the vouchers don't work and the only people who will get their money off are those that have time to chase them up by phone
Very annoying!0 -

That's a load of rubbish and made up by someone at your store I think. One of my storess said they had changed the policy so you can only use 3 coupons per transaction, but after an email to head office there is no limit;)
I have a great letter from Asda head office which I always carry with me and it says they accept all coupons including internet ones as long as you have bought the item and also there is no limit. It also gives a fab example, saying "for example, if you have 12 x 20p off heinz beans you can use the coupons if you buy 12 x heinz beans."
It is worth writing to Asda and complaining as they are very quick with replies and sorting out the store in question. You can then carry around a copy of the letter they send you back with the coupon policy on it.
I don't know if it is because they are associated with America, but I find Asda the best for using coupons at. The only problem is that anymore than 5/6 needs a supervisor over ride, but a few mins wait for that is better than all the carp in Tesco.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Wrights bread mixes are on 3 for 2 at Sainsburys at the moment, so if you hand in three coupons you make money :-). The coupons didnt scan for me yesterday as the till was saying they were out of date, even though it says on them 31.12.12, so the lady just entered them manually for me.0
