Just posted this on the coupon thread but realised it was no chat, in responce to the 75p off vouchers for comfort:I used 10 on the comfort and 11 on the persil in one go and my T's were fine about it - I did take the other half showing the baby incase it was questioned but nope - it was fine!
I'm going tomorrow to stock up for a friend of mine too!
They weren't alright with me! Fair enough, I had 40 coupons (was getting them for my mum, auntie, and grandma too) but they proper kicked off!
Firstly, they said they don't take printed coupons, which I replied 'I know Tesco's coupon policy, and you do'. Then they said if they don't scan they won't take them, so I told them there is a code on there to type so she used that. Then she only let me have 10 and wouldn't let my partner take 10 as well.
Oh and she accused me of doctoring the coupons and said they were letting me have what they were as a gesture of goodwill, and that they have a 'bulk buy' policy of maximum 10 items!
I took the rest of my coupons and custom to Sainsbury's who were perfectly fine about it, even brought out more for me when there wasn't enough, and said it was brilliant and asked where I got them from so they could get some!
Sending a letter of complaint to Tesco as they really did wind me up! Huge thumbs up to Sainsburys though0 -
Thanks to Nudge and Quoia on newspaper thread
Mail and Mirror today both have a £5 off £40 spend at Tesco, ideal to use with all your flash, lenor, oral b coupons!!!!0 -

Just goes to show how different they can be as the Sainsbury's near me aren't great - I checked with CS before going to the checkout last time and I wasn't even bulk buying - they OK'd the coupons but I still had issues at the till and CS guy had to sort it for me.
My Tesco virtually never argues!0 -

I got them at Tesco (huge extra store) on BOGOF - the ones I got on Sunday were £1.35 minus two 50p print off MOCs = 35p for two packs of Ocean spray :T“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
I've got to compose and Asda shopping list this morning to spend ideally £10 (I get free parking if I spend £10) I want to use as many MOCs as possible. Ideally I want to generate another APG voucher.
Is this possible?
I suppose the obvious thing to get is Comfort pure to use the 75p MOCs but my OH will have a hissy fit. I might have to buy at least one though to make sure I have at least 8 items. But what else ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Not a lot, loads of the pdfs but I think I've used most of the safecoupons.
2 things I can get is a Mirror with the conditional spend MOC and the womens magazine (Woman?) with the free body wash so that takes the total down to £6 - if they have it in stock that is ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Just put Ocean Spray blueberry on my Asda list but only get 2 - £1.35 and use the 50ps and they should price match Tescos BOGOF.
Just checked tesco.com and some Ocean spray are price dropped to £1 and some are BOGOF which is very confusing so you have to make a precise list. Possiblities though for a DD if they are wrongly labelled on the SEL in your store and you end up paying £2 for 2 cartons rather than the BOGOF £1.35
