So BRITISH Airways refuse to support our military, thanks a lot. Virgin do as do many more however, they are not unique to the military but I suppose better than nothing. BA should be ashamed.
Perhaps the're having a huff as they no longer get the contract for the Gibralter & US Troopers?0 -

Have done CeFA and CeMAP exams but no longer regulated.0 -

The US treat their servicemen much better than us and have an entirely different attitude to them - I know of one UK service person who was over in the US recently, and as he was waiting (in uniform) for his hire car someone came up to him completely out of the blue and said "Sir, I would just like to shake your hand and thank you for helping to protect our country." and walked away again. Can't see that happening in the UK somehow!0

Was in uniform and got a free coffee and doughnut at a BP Wild Bean yesterday. Did not even ask for it and had money in my hand - cashier refused to accept it.
Left with a tear in my eye...............(I was going to have a large one with 2 doughnuts but changed my mind!!).0
