Congratulations Mimi - love the name but I may be biased (my RL name :D)

    Best of luck Cloudberry.

BP still swinging about a bit wildly. Usually around 135/96-99 but getting spikes of up to 140/112 on an evening for 3 days now. Pounding headache and swollen fingers to accompany. Think I may need another tablet thrown into the mix as I'm already maxed on Methyldopa. I'd prefer for them just to put me on bed rest though, as I know that naturally brings it down as my work is a real pain sometimes, especially now we've got an office move going on.

  • Dinah i feel you on that one hun, mine keeps going up and down altho i am not medicated yet i am on bedrest (with three kids running round so not really happening)

i start my progesterone on wednesday after an internal, how lovley some woman measuring my cervix not my idea of fun. I know my blood pressure is going to be thru the roof at that point so its only a matter of time until i am on the meds, as long as i can keep baby in there until 16 jan at least i know they will save her if she does come out. altho usually i have had alot more problems by now so i am optimistic.

last night there was nothing on tv so i have finnished two premmie cardigans and am now on booties and hats. i plan on doing seven sets of cardies hats and booties then i will make a start on newborn bits. whatever isnt used (if i go to term by some strange miricle) then i am going to donate them to sids who will in turn donate them to a nicu because my local nicu dont take donations.

i just wanted to ask a daft question. has anyone had a salpinectomy before? do you have any feeling on the side you had it, i know its a verry personal question and understand if you dont want to answer. I had one in 2006 and still cant feel baby when she is on my left side it was worrying me because if i cant feel her move then how would i know she is still there moving arround, but she is on the right side today and moving niceley.
