Lol, forgot what I actually came to say!

99p shop had a few useful baby bits in today. They had Tomy steriliser bags you can put in the microwave, and reuse up to 20 times. As I'm not planning on bottle feeding and haven't bought a steriliser, I thought they'd be handy to have around. They also had a little Tomy egg cooker for the microwave. Simple baby wash, and, just in case baby shares my sensitive skin, Aveeno baby oatmeal sachets to put in the bathwater.
  • My OH bought me this for Christmas last night, I just wanted to know whether or not they are any good? I have an Avent Isis manual but it kills my hand after 5 mins.

I thought it was a good price

I know, if someone would get me ready and dressed, I'd be well up for it :o I'm just far too lazy to get moving. I do want to see Sherlock Holmes though!

We went to see it yesterday, it's good! Although personally I still prefer the first one... I managed to keep relatively comfortable and really surprised myself by not having to go for a wee halfway through... Even though I'd drunk two pints of water not long before going in, plus I had a large drink and popcorn in there... :rotfl:

Hi.. had a quick look on the Which? site for you, and it was one they reviewed. It scored 57% (highest scoring pump 70%, lowest 57%- this one tied with a Philips Avent). Main problems seemed to be that it has lots of tiny fiddly parts and not so easy to put together, take apart and then remake again, with not very many instructions.
On the plus side, reviewers said it was very quiet and didnt hurt.

I know, I'm tempted to go to the VIP Cinema, that has big comfy leather recliners, and free refills on drinks and popcorn and a complimentary alcoholic drink/coffee before the show, BUT it's £12 at the weekend  Before you even buy anything to eat etc :o

We've compromised on OH nipping to the restaurant at the end of the road, for 2 takeaway pizzas and a Home Alone Marathon. We will go see Sherlock Holmes on Tuesday, it's only £3 a ticket then :p

I just hope I get on with it.
The manual one I have just takes forever.

I would say the Medela probably has better reviews. My friend had the electric Tommee Tippee and preferred her manual Medela over it.

Yup. The medela mini electric came second with 68%. Got aWhich best buy. Main dowside was noise levels, everything else scored pretty well.

Christmas shopping done! Got all the things I needed, the most difficult being my sister - she wanted a bra, she is bid size, 44C and the only place I could find one was in Evans - it cost me £20!!!!!! I bought 3 bras for my mum (slightly smaller, 42C) for £12... I don't know who I take after, as I have the opposite problem - pre-pregnancy I was wearing 32HH! I got Hot Milk one on now, which is so comfy and is 34H, I seem to need a bigger band with non-wired bras. So, 4 hours going through the shops, but I got all the gifts for friends' children, and Homesense has discounted their Panettones, so I bought 4.... Ok, we won't eat all of them tonight, it will last us as a while, but every year I stock up on them when they get discounted. Will check after Christmas again, couple of years back I bought them for £1-£3 pounds each, they are much more expensive this year though!

And I definitely have a bump!!! I tried some outfits that I was thinking to wear to the office tomorrow, and none of them fitted anymore - were really tight around the bump. I am only 15 weeks tomorrow. I will try and take a photo later tonight is I won;t fall asleep on the sofa gain. Was hoping to have another bath again tonight, but we will see - since i collapsed with sleep on Friday, I haen't done the work I had to do, so will be catching up with that now...It feels so sad working on Sunday!!!!
