Hi ladies, not read back yet but hope you're all ok. Been to my first pregnancy yoga class tonight. DOn't think my pelvis and lower back liked it much....I can hardly walk now!!! I think it'll probably do it good in the long run though as I could feel it loosening up as time went on, it just then stiffened up when we did the relaxation bit at the end.

Here's my bump at 19+5 (a week ago):

Fab bump pic Lisa, looks like you're coming along nicely :D

I'll have to take another pic of mine tomorrow, it's perfectly spherical at the moment... Am quite pleased that even though I've put on about two stone, it really does seem to be all bump (well, bump and boobs according to my OH :D)!

Not much longer now though, then it'll be as good as gone and Hitch will be out!

  • I love bump pics :)

Should really take some of mine at some point.

Watching Jamies Christmas with Bells On. Could so eat some of stuff he's made tonight. Waffles and hot choc, turkey Wellington and prosecco with pomegranate. Mmmmm, I wish x

At this stage, I wake up every day thinking, 'Well, Hitch, you won't be a Dec 14th baby- maybe you'll be a Dec 15th baby.'

It's 80ish hours until I book into hospital for induction- have a feeling I won't go before then!
  • Aaaaah Lirin, not long to go now! Not that thta is any comfort when you are in so much pain :(

Ta, WW, but I'm not really anymore. SPD etc seems to have died down a lot the last while, and I have none of the impending 'Baby's coming' pains. I feel a lot better now than I did most of the way through the pregnancy.
Mainly it's boredom- it does start hurting if I walk too far, and if I know I can't sit somewhere, I have the bandage on. During the day- absolutely fine, no real probs at all. Night's a different story, some are fine, and other nights can hurt quite a bit.

But in general, I feel a lot better.

Has your SPD calmed since the birth?
