I spent it feeling rubbish, being off with DH, and then crying and missing him when he went to work a night shift, and texting him to tell him how sorry I am for being a cow. I hate it when he does night shifts, I have developed an irrational fear of something happening to him. Clingy much?
Bizarrely I've been the same today! Bursting into tears 'just because', missing OH loads while he's been at work, generally feeling crap & sorry for myself!

Having a really crap day today. 33 weeks tomorrow, and still keeping my legs crossed. Have lost my mucus plug this week, been feeling sick, tired all the time, and running around after DS1 has been a nightmare.
Feeling more prepared now, have finally got everything washed and put together, and finally bought a double pram. I got a Quattro Duo off a lady on eBay for £45.means I can use the footmuff and car seat from my Trenton
Bags are all packed (including the necessary coin purse full of change for the vending machines) and the house is in a half-decent state (in-case any of the beasts-in-law want to visit)
Unfortunately, DH has been being a bit of a !!!!!! this week. Bless him, he's tidied the house today for me, but he hasn't even bothered looking at or speaking to me, really.
He came home in a mard, I did him some lunch, and he just ate it and went off to tidy.
My family had uploaded some photos of me (aged 11 and under. Eep) when I was showing them to him, he remarke that I'd clearly "hit every branch falling out of the ugly tree"
If he doesn't stop being an !!!! soon, he'll get a slap.
And I sent him to the shop for chicken for a curry. He came back with about half of the chicken I needed because "it's expensive, 3 packs for £10!" so I got one pack for £4, which is 2 small/medium breasts. That's our dinner ruined :mad:0 -

I went to the Mothercare sale today, for anyone planning on going, don't bother, it was RUBBISH. Although they did seem to have some washable nappies down. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

The only thing I seen was some rather cute knitted bootees, but they were very cream and I thought next to anything white they would just have looked dirty. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
I had a look online at Mothercare and it was a bit rubbish. The only thing I bought was my goddaughter's Xmas pressie lol!Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0

When I went in store there was maybe one rack of sale, and they were all either ripped or damaged or just plain hideous.
I did, however, get DS a cute pair of slippers that look like bear feet, claws and all :P
I bought a couple of teddies that didn't appear to be in the sale, but both went through the till with a 20% discount0 -
My god, I think my little Flump is in training to be a footballer.
He has not stopped kicking and moving about for the last 40minutes, and where his feet are is really uncomfortable lol.
Not happy tonight either, went in cupboard for my maryland cookies, and Oh has scoffed the lot. Boooo.. No sweet fix for me tonight.
Thanks Jenjade, going to try swap some of mine tomorrow.
Just wondered, has anyone tried using huggies wipes vouchers at morrisons, as they're on B1G2F, so you could end up with money off your shopping if it worked? Might try it tomorrow.
Good luck to Elmo, hope baby makes an appearance soon. X0 -
