I still can't believe we all started out at the less than 12 weeks together, and look how far we're come  it's so hard to believe :o

Hi! It's flying by hey! To be honest, I'm really starting to freak out about labour :0
It's the one thing I've been terrified of my entire life.
But apart from that, all's good! I was 7 mnths on Saturday. Yay! Not long now ladies x

WW, yes it does feel so weird.... I'm sitting on the PC, after tidying the house, and sorting our photos for our wedding album (finally). I just need to buy a couple of parts for the album, which I might do today, then I'll start making it. I've also tidied a bit, and now contemplating sticking a movie on.
Very restless, and while I do sleep at times, it's when I need to use the toilet I have problems- getting up is very painful. Seems to ease once I've been up a while, but in the middle of the night, wakes me up completely!

Bump is now huge and feels very firm all over.

    Morning All :D

    esp the early birds...

Mozzy - with u on the scary labour bit  thinking need to get baby stuff organised like NOW :rotfl:and xmas stuff, we dropped off all cards/pressies for hubbys family to MIL's so they are ready.
Do wonder what order the sproglets will pop out though wonder who will be queue jumping
MIL let me take the baby clothes she has knitted they are very cute bootees, cardigans, matinee jackets, bonnets (!!!!), mittens and all. We have also got my hubby's late fathers national service leather case to use for storage, hubby has very little of his fathers and have been quite keen to make sure he gets this as it has his fathers name and old address on (Bear Close !! makes me think of paddington bear), it travelled with him when he was a fireman in singapore etc She also gave us children books from when she was little they are dated 1939, 1941 etc so really lovely to have with stories in. I have also seen the big old cot/bed which looks good too but wont be taking that until child is older it looks huge though dismantled.

    TC All

    Morning all!

4nnabella - lovely bump, I reckon mine'll be twice that size by the time I get to 30 weeks!!!

I have my 16 week scan today, excited but also slightly nervous, hope all is ok in there!! I'm sure I'm feeling movement now so hjopefully nothing to worry about. just hope they say my cervix is up to holding this little one in for long enough! our cleaner at work was telling me about his grandaughter who was recently born 13 weeks early as Mum's cervix wasn't up to it after having the same treatment as me. i do know most people are fine though so hopefully I won't be one of the unlucky ones!!

Assuming all is ok today I'll then be starting to buy a bit more. I want to get a second hand moses basket and there seem to be plenty of them for local pick up only on ebay close to me so I'll be able to get bidding!!

I'm getting some tommee tippee closer to nature bottles, milk holders and bottle warmers from a guy at work today for £20, all still brand new in the original packaging. i looked online and it would have cost me about £60 to get it all new from the shops! I thought DH and MIL might be a bit funny about me buying second hand stuff but they agree its daft to waste money on brand new if you can buy second hand, especially on baby stuff that mostly gets used for a few weeks then they grow out of it!!

... Good luck with your scan ! I have bought mostly second hand, sale stuff or been gifted stuff as agree they only use some items for a few weeks.

  • Morning! No signs at all yet :-(

Had a laugh last night, OH had bet mum a half bottle of voddy that Kitty would be in the top 3 in XFactor. When she was in the bottom two, he was telling Gary how much he loved him and then threw a tantrum on the floor and went for a shower in the huff!
