I'm so sorry, I was that tangled with work yestarday and never read back properly.

Mancbird, congrats on Finlay! Redwood, congrats on Caspar- both lovely names.

    Hiya Stacey.... :)

Janninew, big hugs, I really wish I could help. It's such a horrible situation to be in, but try and be strong, and please rest and take it easy this weekend. I'm sure asothers have said, that if they were severly concerned you would still be in hospital. I know how bad it's made you feel hearing your husband cry, but please, please try not to beat yourself up worrying over this- on the plus side, your medicalteam is aware of it and they are doing their best to help you with all the knowledge they have. I'll be thinking of you all weekend, drop me a PM if you need a chat or a vent, it's not a problem.

Kira, thanks, I'm googling Cheeky Wipes now.

Jenjade, I've struggled to get out of the bath for weeks,I'm 34+1 now. That's because our bath is high- it hurts trying to stand, and although DH allows me to use him as a hoist, I'm worried about damaging his back. Imainly stick to a shower, which I still have to do a crawly thing to get over the rim of the bath....

Aimless, I've had similar comments! Since most of my family and friends have commented I'm going early as I'm so huge (really does look like I've stuffed a beach ball under my top, feel like I'm pretending to be pregnant when I see myself from the side.) However, I'm stubborn, very stubborn, which has it's drawbacks, and I'm now almost mentally stomping my feet and declaring, 'Well, fine, I'll make sure I go overdue, just BECAUSE!'

Kira, phone or go to the hospital if you're worried- that's what they're there for. Hugs....

WW, thanks, I've probably come across as a bit self-centered the last couple of days on here. I really haven't wanted to go into work at all, but I have so little time left. i'm off on a long weekend, which maybe will allow the dust to settle and things to be easier next week. Nasty is very aggressive all the time when he talks, and I allowed him to get to me. Nice and I had a big chat, but I'm still so wary of both of them. I know Nice seems a good guy, but in the end of the day, he has a family, a mortgage and a job to think of as well, so how much support I will see from him is undecided. It was lovely of him to buy me a coffee yestarday as a peace offering though, I know he's being told to do Nasty's dirty work-that's his job. He's caught in the middle, and even though we rowed, I feel for him as well. Next week is still going to be tough I think- I will have to see how it goes. Just embarrassed by tears yestarday, I know some is heightened emotions from baby (Ta, Hitch!), but normally I find it hard to cry even in front of DH.

Um, sorry for such a long post.

Can't sleep. Bricking it about tomorrow. Really not sure what to expect with regards to induction, and the midwives at the hospital, or even the hospital itself.
Having a nervy spaz. OH is fast asleep, Jammy sod.

dont worry too much hun, i had an induction a couple of weeks ago, the internals arent very pleasent but i was given some tablets (down below) and they are every six hrs then i was put n a drip to speed things up.

take some things to keep you occupied as it can be very boring laying around waiting, we had the portable dvd player to watch some ilms and went for plenty of walks around the hospital and to the cafe
now proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j

Morning all, hope I've done this right and not messed up the list! I thought I'd best add myself if I'm going to be posting on here now! Its a loooong way to the top though and I'm impatient!

Congrats to the ladies who announced their baby's births yesterday.

Jannine, really feel for you, it must be pretty scary but atleast they seem to be keeping a close eye on you. I hope you've got your feet up and hubby is looking after you.

I'm sulking this morning, I always have my brekkie at work as I start at 7am and have a 40min drive to get here. this morning I've not been able to have my cuppa or my porridge as the milk has gone off. The stupid fridge is rubbish, its barely worth putting things in it as its not much cooler than the offices!

Going shopping with my mum tomorrow, hoping to get some cute stuff for baby. MIL has banned me from looking at prams without her as she's buying it for us but I might have to have a small peek! I ordered some maternity jeans from ASOS (the only place I could find skinny ones with over the bump band that were in stock!) and apparently they were delivered to our neighbour yesterday so DH will pick them up today and hopefully I'll have something comfy to wear tomorrow! Saying that, it usually takes me months to find a pair of jeans that fit me so the chances of these being ok are probably pretty slim!
