  • Kandboys, yes I had a scan at 28 weeks and she was measuring 3 pounds 10 which was above the top line on the chart. They then just measured with a tape measure at 32 weeks and they said 6 pounds which is equivalent to 37 weeks . Today at 34 weeks she measured 6 pounds 12. I am only 4'10" myself, goodness knows how she is fitting in!!!!

I think I saw buffalo or bison (what's the difference) in waitrose the other day though they could be burgers rather than steaks. The other place to try (though it's online & I don't know how much postage is) is a place called Osgrows. Camel or rattlesnake anyone?

Right, that's it, I'm not leaving the house now until Giblet's here - I either get stared at like I've got two heads, or one slow walk around Sainsbury's puts me out of action for the rest of the day. I can no longer stand so DH is going to have to get dinner. Luckily it's a packet mix of paella and all the chix/chorizio/prawns are already measured out so he can't really complain!

    Good luck Winnie! :j
