No idea then Ro, sorry, how do they stick to your bra then? (this may be a stupid question :o )

Ooh Annabella, I want dinner :( please send me some. My OH is at work and our cupboards are literally bare, got an order coming tomorrow thank God at long last. I could order something but I feel like a proper fatty, I've had some Dairy Milk, and that looks like the extent of dinner for me. Grrr.

Yeah you can, I was just lazy and didn't go to collect it :rotfl: I'm not that bothered, although I got my free soother from Nuby yesterday in the post :D was a wee surprise, looks huge though so I'm assuming they've sent the 6-12 months one.

    Hi ladies,

I may have mentioned before that my sis gets married a week after my due date and I need to at least start looking for a dress.

I want something that can be worn if I'm hugely pregnant or if I'm nursing and have come across these two in the right colour, I'm a bridesmaid 'as such' as I'm likely to be big and uncomfortable or big and a new mother so some of the pressure is off in terms of bridesmaidly duties but I want to be there for her as much as I can! Am I mad doing this now as I'm nowhere near the size I will be by the end of April? Would love some advice!

Can't imagine being a bridesmaid whilst being pregnant but if was going to be like the Bellamama dress (if I had good legs :)) but would say that it prob is best to wait to see how you are and how you expand!! Its difficult to tell how you will be. I have worn maxi dresses throughout pregnancy and you can get quite posh versions which could be worn whether pregnant or not and if they have adjustable straps could work perhaps with bf eg monsoon etc

Just had another thought!! If you are bf you might want think about colour as say baby cries u might leak and if your breast pads dont contain it then you would have wet patches more obviously on some colours if you get what I mean !!

Good question ! Reading the box it says a moisture proof backing helps prevent leakage and helps the pad to stay inside your bra mmmm we will see when eventually use them !!

    Hello lovely ladies!
I'm only 5 weeks and due in September, so I guess I will be visiting this thread more often from now on.
Anyone else due in Sep so we could buddy up?
    xx

 Hello mimi. As Gilly said, there's a less than 12 week pg thread here, where there's a few of us, including me, due in September. Feel free to come join us :)

Ooh, Seraphine, hadn't heard of it, thanks Gilly, some lovely things I might be more spoilt for choice than I'd imagined! I think you guys are right, I'll wait until nearer the time, can always do a big bulk order of stuff and have lots to try on, my sis is getting a bit anxious about me having something but I now have a few suggestions to tide her over at least so it doesn't look like I've not bothered, and she'll see how much choice there is so that will probably help too!

Having a few options and leaving tags on (providing you can return) is probably the best option I'd say. As my bump changes so often, some days things fit, other days they don't? can't explain that one though.

Hi. Yet another blonde question from me. Baby will be sleeping with us in our room during the night, but when he naps during the day, will he be ok up there by himself with a monitor? I'm worried that if I leave him down here, and I pop up to the loo, one of the cats might try jump in bed with him. There's no doors downstairs. Thanks :)

If you can hear him stirring/crying Mozzy I'd say that's fine! I think we all worry so much these days about everything I know I'm the same :o
