Im off for a growth scan this morning and scared about it as DH wants me to find out what we are having and I want to keep it a secret so unsure what to do. Then ive got some lovely housework planned :rotfl:

If you don't want to know (and DH isn't going to the scan with you) then tell him that baby's legs were crossed and the sonograper couldn't tell you! :rotfl:

I'm expecting him to be at least 8lbs. Quite happy with that, DS1 was 8lb4oz so because I've done it before I'm fairly confident I can do it again! Its when they talk about 9-10lbers that I start to feel faint...

Ha ha. DS1 was 7lb 13oz and DS2 9lb 12oz both late. Hence the wanting of a c-section!!

Morning,

I've just read this and the last thread from start to finish, I find it so helpful reading everyones stories and about how they are feeling. My name is on the list but they have changed my EDD to 17th Nov, if someone would be kind enough to change it on the list for me.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and boy am I feeling it!! I constantly have feet (?) in my ribs, constantly have backache and constantly not having a good nights sleep, what with being uncomfortable and having oH snoring in my ear as he has manflu ( very small cold!) oh and needing a wee about 4 times in the night doesn't help!

Anyone else feeling so fat,grumpy and uncomfortable that they want to cry and dont know how they are going to get through the next few weeks, as thats how I feel and am feeling rather sorry for myself?

HI missymoo yes I'll change your date no problem. I know exactly how you feel. I'm 35+3 now and I'm fed up with it!!!

SPD a little better as long as I don't sit too long or do too much. Going into town with Mom this afternoon as I just can't do it on my own anymore

Very sunny here so rotary line uncovered & looking forward to getting a couple of loads of washing line dried today - as it's going to be nice all week I think I'll wash ALL the bedding we own (I need to work out what's double & what's king anyway plus it's been in storage. Though I am thinking of cheating & paying someone to do the ironing...

Don't think Giblet has any intention of showing his face on Saturday - is far too comfy curled up high - hasn't dropped or engaged yet If I can't get birthdate of 01/10/11 I wonder if I can hold on until 9/10/11? :rotfl: Why do these petty things matter to me? Maybe I have OCD I guess I can refuse the sweep on 5/10/11 but would I want to? Hmmmmm

Hope everyone gets the labour vibes they need/want - there are still a lot of people in front of me on the list even though my date seems so close now!

I've just realised that if I get my week early c-section and you are late, we might have babies around the same time!! Not that I'm wishing you be late - just me early lol!!

Its a lovely bump picture winnie i'd post one of my but went to check the camera last night and battery is dead and cant find the charger!!!! so that is an urgent job to do, find charger!!

DS was fab havin his blood tests and going in for his xray, they wouldnt let me in with him for the xray but he was fine never bothered lol x

OH is goin on OK at new job, I think I was more nervous than him this morning ha.

So not doing to much today as want baby to stay put til at least thursday now

Yeah you're right Kandboys! They only let you go 10 days over before inducing down here so we'd be within a day or so of each other!

Missymoo - can empathise entirely with the misery. I am starting to feel better as the end gets closer but I still have the odd bad day - yesterday was one of them - but today I'm ok. That might be the sheer volume of chocolate biscuits I've consumed this morning though
