.....Anyone reccomend areas of Stockport with good schools and transport to Stockport where I can get 3 bed for less than 142k?
I've just run 3 bed < £150K through Rightmove and there are some silly prices on there, I agree (£150k for a 3 bed terrace in Fox Street Edgeley  Who is paying those sort of prices?) There are some possibilities in my mind but I really would want to see them at various times of day and night to be confident they'd be OK. There is nothing with the above criteria that I'd say Yes that will be OK for you, without checking out the immediate area thoroughly. My "least worst" are the two semi's in Heaton Norris near the Whitehill Ind Est. There is a junior school on Whitehill (quality unknown by me), secondary schools, I'm not sure where you would qualify to get into (except probably St Anne's). Note, I have always lived the north side of Stockport so I know it a lot better than the south side.

I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

  • Sympathies, I hope it all works out for you. We are on our third sale and second purchase since September, and I'm now just totally cheesed off with the whole process, so know how you feel.
My sig's too large, apparently - so apologies to whoever's space I was taking up.:lipsrseal
