Awww *hugs*.
I feel for you!
When I sell mine I plan to rent so I am not pressured into finding the next one. You will be in a better position then to buy as you won't have the stress of your buyers messing you about! It might be worth thinking about that.0 -
Im definatly still gonna sell mine so me, my OH and our 2 kids will have to move in with my parents, my 9 year old bro and a golden retriever puppy in a 3 bed house) till we find somewhere. Tried looking to rent previously and theres not much around. Not the nicest of areas to look Stockport! Anyone want to sell me there houses...lol

Obviously the right house for you hasn't turned up yet it will it will.... At least you have the option of parents happy to put you up so that's good isn't it. Not ideal but it could always be worst. Accentuate the Positive! Some parts of Stockport are lovely ....you are feeling sorry for yourself0

Why don't you rent as there's no rush to buy. Without sounding rude? You don't live in London or the SE - the only places that Properties likely to rise in value this year. Go into rented until you can find a place that's in your budget and that you REALLY want. If there's the predicted two more Interest rate rises by the middle of the year, you might even find prices are coming down. Good luck in what ever decision you make.0

My sympathies. I've had a pants time with buying/selling too so I know how demoralising it is.
The EAs I went to this week told me that the run up to Easter is the busiest time so hopefully more properties will come on the market (including your dream house!)Stercus accidit0 -
Hi IckleJulez
You have my sympathy, I was like that when I was moving home in late Summer last year. The run up to putting mine up for sale I saw loads of houses I wanted to live in, when I sold mine they had all gone! I spent weekend after weekend driving round areas, mithering estate agents etc. Looked at about a dozen houses 'til I found 'the one'. Dont despair, it will pop up sooner or later and dont be tempted to buy one because you feel pressured to move out of your house/parents house. Rent, I was thinking about it and you will only be there temporary so it doesnt have to tick all your boxes does it?
Good luck!0
