Would you go to mexico or maldives for 7 days

Personally I would choose the Maldives, mainly because I have been to Mexico and 1 week would not have been enough, there is way too much to do, and you might find yourself dashing around trying to fit it all in!

We are lucky enough to have been to both, either would be a good choice as they are both beautiful places, of the two I would say the Maldives would be the best option for diving it is a long way to go for just a week, 10 days would be better if you can.
As for Mexico as a previous poster said head down the coast from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen or maybe further to Akumal .
Whichever you choose I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Just to add .... when you holiday in the Maldives and because they are ahead of us in time difference, your first night starts on the day you arrive, ie when we flew there, we flew at around 3.45pm and after a couple of hours stop in Dubai to change planes we landed in Male at 8.30 am ish, the seaplane got us to our island for no later than lunchtime and that was our first day (night) on the island.
