Well, gave Customer Services a ring..........well done Mr T's.....getting a giftcard for £12 so my Polly Pocket Boat is now free!!!!!!

Young girl on the phone agreed that even if it is stickered, you DO get DTD, said I knew that but this very unhelpful, angry looking trout (didnt say trout on the phone) would not budge and came out with every excuse under the sun etc.

Said she is going to log a complaint as well regarding how this woman spoke to me, and just threw £12 in cash at me then walked off.

So thank guys for saying about the Polly Pocket, nice little pressie to go with my stash for xmas !!!

finally got to my local l31c3ster store today.. stickers had been peeled off. so no joy..

workers were busy on the toy aisle also checking the sels and prices were correct. over heard one say "ive not found any have you" other replied, "yes ive had a good day £300 pounds worth ive found"

Hi, I got two of the school barbies at B L8ys on Monday, someone had already done the cars because C/S moaned to the toy section assistant that they thought this was sorted last week!

Keep trying as these seem to be coming into the stores pre-stickered and they are bound to slip up - I found one on the shelves today and it definitely wasn't there yesterday

What annoys me is that if these are stickered at half price it's probably because Tesco buyers agreed a reduced buy-in price with the manufacturer, which is not being passed on to the customer :mad:

TESCO are having a 1/2 price toy sale late next week or the following week,
The sales assistant in toys told me today.... I was looking for more lego as only had 1 box at 12.50 and she said there is a possibilty the blue will be in at half price then.... Hope so :j
