I e-mailed boots about a complaint, they credited me 500 points without questions, if i'd been realy peeved i could have said that wasn't enough etc etc.
I'd sugest anyone with a problem instore do that - it saves facing the staff and writting/posting a letter.

on the 641 front, I don't get it - Ii've searched and can't find a clear explination - can someone point me to the post, i know it'll be there and i'm just being dim.
    thanks

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Does this mean they will work 6 for 1? I wasn't brave enough today and only got 3 for 1 on the suncream.

    Is this the one?

Yes thats the right bag. This item will work on the 6 for 1. If you took 6 of these to the till the balance owing would be £5.50- or 50p if you redeem a no7 voucher.
    TO CLARIFY:
6 for 1 = all 6 items must be from no7 suncare (includes pre tan in white boxes, spf creams in yellow boxes and aftersun creams in blue boxes DOES NOT include self tan range in brown boxes)

3 for 1 = must include at least 2 from suncare (same as above) and any other no7 item eg wipes £6, nail varnish £6.

Most people are going for the body buffer cream, hair spritz and lip shimmer all priced at £5.50 each- costing only 50p after the till discount and no7 voucher as its a good transaction for using up the endless vouchers. However, if you are buying a no7 item that you actually want/need such as a face serum £16:eek: i would suggest choosing 2 higher priced items from the suncare range- but not costing more than the chargable item- in this example £16.

So if I want the 6 for 1, it needs to be 6 suncare products. So I could NOT for example choose 2 suncare and 1 other No7 item as in the 3 for 1? Is there a list of all the products that work? Thanks.

Right had another idea 2 X 25 spf suncream, 1 x uplifting firming mask = 2x £9.50 + 1 x £10, use £5 voucher, use 300 points for uplifting skincare from new free gift and pay £5. This should work shouldn't it?
I could then buy 6 suncream with next voucher.lol.

i think the only way to explain it is how foxy lady did - its either 6 suncare (to get the bogff) or 2 suncare and a no7 item (to get bogtf). All the suncare works except the brown packaged items.
