I dont understand this I think i'll stick to Tescos!!:rotfl: :rotfl:
If im getting bogof on suncare then where does the 342 come into it?:o

It does seem very confusing untill you get the hang of it- at least you are trying. My mum has been throwing away her vouchers:eek: I tell her that she can get loads of 'free' stuff with them but she just says that she isn't interested!! She has started to save the vouchers for me.....i'll give her all the 'free' stuff for mothers day in a gift bag :rotfl:

I used to work on checkouts at Asda and sometimes they had weird multibuy discounts. EG buy 1 packet of pasta sauce for £1.19 or buy 2 for £1 ??? I would tell customers to go and fetch another packet 'you can have another and it will cost you less' but some people just aren't interested.

To clarify the Botanics offer. It does not matter how many "cheaper" Botanics products I buy, I will be able to choose a Botanics moisturiser. So in theory (not that I would) I could buy ten cheaper ones and get ten moisturisers for free? Or is there a limit?

Is the No 7 suncream such as the 25 spf face energising suitable for children?

I really want to try 'Bootsing' but am finding it hard to follow. Please could someone devise a simple shopping list for me. I would be quite interested in things i could use for Mothers day gifts in a basket. I only have a double points coupon plus over £20 worth of points. Any help greatly appreciated.

P.S please bear in mind i'm a newbie to this and really nervous about doing it. Something that shouldn't make the cashier too irrate!!!

The no7 products are all hypoallergenic, I'd use them on my children.

Points only get added when you put your card into an ac machine. I phoned cs this morning about something and when I went to the AC machine this afternoon my points were on there already.

Tell us what kind of things you want? The botanics offer may be a good one to start with for you. Do you prefer to use cash or points?

Fab, can definitely stock up for summer then.

I can't sleep thinking of all the combinations I could try which will leave me with another £5 back to go around again.:rotfl:

I am also new to all this, and I really want to try it for myself. I have plenty of the 3 and 5 pound off vouchers and am not really too fussed what I buy! I'm a bit of a Boots obsessive anyway, and thats without all the bargains that are listed on here!

If someone could just give me a quick list of things to buy tomorrow, to try it for myself, it would be really helpful. I went today and tried the No 7 342 BOGOF thing, but it didn't work. I think I bought the wrong things.

Please make it easy for me, I'm a boots-bargain-virgin you know!

    Thanks for reading,

To take advantage (no pun intended) of the 3for2 & BOGOF glitch you have to buy a minimum of 2 no7 suncare product for the bogof to kick in. Then when you add a 3rd No7 product (this can be sun or make up/skincare) the 3for 2 kicks in.

    For example.
    No7 4 in 1 wipes £6
    No7 Glossy locks spritz £5.50
No7 Glossy locks spritz £5.50 but FREE with bogof discount and 3for2 discount.
Meaning you get 2 lots of £5.50 taken off the total to pay which is then £6
Part pay with 1 x £5 No7 voucher and it leaves you £1 to pay.
If you have points vouchers don't forget to use them!

For details of the 6for1 offer read this post http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=4051747&postcount=933

I bought No 7 25 spf face energising suncream (yellow box), No 7 25 spf firming suncream and No 7 15 spf firming suncream. All in yellow boxes priced around £11 - £12 , 3 for 2 and bogof worked leaving £12 to pay I used a £5 voucher and paid £7. And was given another £5 voucher. Apparently I could have bought 6 and paid the same but I was a chicken - will give it ago tomorrow though.
