Best stove for Water and Room Heating

Any suggestions what make is best? Don't want to spend beyond £800 on one.
I expect I'd need 7KW for this?
Also how do these stoves work, is it simply a matter of moving a lever about to make more heat go to the water supply as opposed to heating the room?
Thanks in advance.

Multi-fuel, for a clay pipe, with wrap around boiler for water, not radiators.0

Looking at a Villager Elite single doored flat top, 9kw, like so http://mylovelystove.com/moreinfo.asp?carID=145
How does this work? Is it possible to devote a certain kw to the room and a certain kw to the water? Need to know this as I'm looking to get a stove next week...0
