Nothing to do with retail banking.0 -
I just came on here to look for info about this. I received the same letters and am very disappointed. I want the freedom of being able to use whichever ATM I want which is clearly something I've been taking for granted. I don't want to end up in an emergency where I need cash and I'm restricted with where I can withdraw it from.
I had to file for bankruptcy a couple of years ago and always intended to take all my business back to Natwest as soon as I was able to. I have thousands spread across 3 different accounts with them but I feel as though I'm going to have to close them now. Can anyone recommend a different bank with a good online facility? I don't want a seperate account with a different bank just for ATM withdrawls as I like to have all my money in the same place.0 -
Open a savings account with natwest. you can use any atm and instantly transfer cash to/from the account online or by phone. I believe the relevant account is called first reserve.0
