You can put it all back after the photo has been taken.
I guess, but again, we don't want to mislead people, and where would we stick it? The floor behind the camera? That feels a bit false.

It's not misleading, people can see for themselves once you've got them through the door.
  • Okay, i'll discuss with hubby.

So is that all then - that and the price?

may feel false, but, if people look at the pictures and think it looks like there is no space, they are less likely to come and view it?
  • Overall it does seem nicely presented..........agree about the kitchen though - couldn't you get another wall cupboard/other storage? Friends of ours years ago used to put ironing/other clutter in their car when they were having a viewing of their tiny flat..............

Considering I'm not a fan of new-builds, I actually don't think the outside is that unattractive btw.

Seems very cheap to me, but then I don't know the area............

    Hope it sells soon :)

actually, looking at it again, the way the pictures have been taken make the floorplan not make sense to me (probably just me though). The kitchen looks like it's a seperate room, which on the floorplan it isn't.

I appreciate that you've deliberately tried to zone the place, but the way the pictures have been taken almost get the viewer thinking it really is seperate rooms, the floorplan then makes you look again and you start to realise it's a really really small space.

Sorry if this isn't helpful. I have no knowledge of these types of properties, but just looking at that, I feel almost conned into thinking it's something it isn't?

is this the other one you're talking about

the pictures are nicer, but it might work in your favour that this estate agent has had huge amounts of criticism from both vendors and buyers. its unlikely that the price advertised is the price the vendor wants for it, its probably much lower, meaning frustrated seller and buyer
  • Fair enough, next time we take the photos, we'll get the agent to stand back a bit so you can see the table and chairs a bit too.

We make no secret of this being a tiny house. We just want to sell the bloomin thing so we can move nearer to work and save a fortune on petrol!

Also, we have a view of the garden which is quite nice.

What garden? Is part of it yours? If so get a picture of it up there sharpish.

actually, my mistake, there are at least another 5 of these flats on for sale at MUCH lower prices than yours.

also the others seem to have cheaper monthly maintenence charges too?
