I finally got some vouchers (M&S instead of Tesco). I tried a different tack, although I rang Uswitch to order TalkTalk but for some reason they passed me over to Simplify Digital to complete the order(partners?) So decided to try getting the vouchers from them instead, they didn't do Tesco vouchers but I agreed to take the M&S instead.
Try long enough and you get.

I signed up with TT after moving to my new house about 5/6 months ago, there was a £100 connection fee which TT said was halfed to £50 but after 2 or 3 months, i was told, i would get a £50 credit to my bill, however i and still awaiting this credit, and when i contact TT about this i am told 'there was no such deal at the time' which is b**locks because i remember speaking with the TT rep about it.

Anyone know what i can or should do now to sort this situation out?
