  • It was 08456012683, got it from the Lloyds PPI information on their website. Took about 50 mine to get through. They did tell me that they have people working overtime this weekend on scanning the acceptance letters onto the systems.

I will warn you though the information been given over the phone does seem to vary as this thread shows. I do hope that what I was told is correct but I will wait and see.

    Good luck!

Hi, I didn't even get an acceptance letter, just told to ring if I wanted it in my bank account rather than straight of the arrears on the loan. I know they've logged it cos I've rang twice to make sure I'm getting a BACS payment to my account. It does seem the info is really different from letters of acceptance to just ringing up and accepting.

This is what I mean about varying information being given over the phone as I was told you can't accept over the phone and all responses have to be made in writing and nobody has been able to accept over the phone.

I know they are working in difficult circumstances with the arrears that they have but it really cannot be difficult to ensure staff are giving out consistent informations as well as managing expectations.

I have worked as a manager in a call centre, I cannot believe how disorganised Lloyds seem to be in terms of passing on relevant information to their staff as well as staff replying to emails who seem to be on a different page to the staff in the call centre.
