    hopefully you wont be waiting too long!

    ive been away and ive had an acceptance letter, which my good old mum returned for me! they got it back the 31st Aug and i havent heard a thing yet! lol must be alot of zero's on the end of there sums!

  • Anyone in July had any luck yet, gonna call again thursday if nothing.
  • So the FOS says they have 16 weeks to respond (which they didn't do in my case, but it was only a few weeks over that after I chased them up.)

    Surely the FOS have some sort of timescale for how long it should take to get the payments out though? 3 months to send a cheque seems a bit ridiculous and unfair.

    Despite being told that I would have the refund paid into my bank account, today I been told that a cheque has been sent to me... hmmm, shall wait and see! :mad:

    LLoyds T.S.B -Received a letter saying I was getting a refund on 3 accounts on august 26th, this included 3 examples of how they work out what you might get(very confusing) sent back letter and still waiting for offer. Does anybody have a direct e-mail address I can use to give then a kick up the rear please.:(

    Ive had the same letter. awaiting calculations! must be some big numbers and some big grown up sums ;)
