Lloyds Delays - Been Waiting 3 Months for Payment

Hi

I recieved my offer letter from Lloyds on 8th July and was told to expect payment within 21 working days (so by 8th August). I am still waiting for payment to be made to my account.

Has anyone else experienced a delay this long?

Any suggestions on what else i can do to try and speed things up? I have been told numerous times on the phone that I am on a priority payment spreadsheet set up by the refund team (who you cant speak to) but even this has now been going on for weeks!

Any help appreciated!

thanks

  • I received my success letter on the 25th July and i'm still waiting for my payment also!!!!
  • they are a joke!
i have had yet another manager email sent to refund team this morning, and sent a lovely email (!) to the ceo this afternoon!
  • I am also still waiting for my Lloyds refund.
4th July I had a letter saying they were refunding me some PPI money.... still nothing despite phoning them every week! Grrrrrrr

  • Emailing the CEO of a bank doesn't seem to work. I emailed Bob Diamond of Barclays last week and heard nothing.
  • I got my letter at the start July and I received my cheque yesterday.

Will admit it took a fair few phone calls and emails, and many failed promises to get there though.

    Keep chasing them up
  • My success letter arrived yesterday dated the 8th August... I wonder where that got stuck!
The letter says I don't need to do anything and only to call them if I'm not happy with their response.
Now the waiting game for the money begins.... tick, tock, tick, tock
