Not strictly true....The actual law is that the shop doesn't have to serve you at all if they dont want to and they dont have to give you a reason either.

I have argued this point twice now with one of my T's and have given up now. Each time HO have told me their is nothing they can do as it is down to the individual store:(

I suppose that makes sense really , if there is a T and an S in your high street Mr T would much rather you come to them and use the S voucher to get your custom ... But if your nearest Morrisons is 20 miles away its not an actual competitor I suppose as looks like they want to 'attract' local custom away from the local competitors!

I don't know anything about the T policies though , definitely NOT an expert on DTD etc and don't go in and stock up on 300 cans of ANYTHING! lol
