If you are a bit porky eat it anyway and if it is off you wont need to diet for some time.:DWho I am is not important. What I do is.0

Fish spoils quite quickly, and your nose will be able to tell you if fish is off before you use it because of the smell. So when you take it out of the packet, you should be able to tell if it's good or not.
Also, fish tends not to be associated with the common food poisoning bacteria (salmonella, campylobacter etc)0 -
Hi everyone I have a chicken in my fridge that says use by tommorow "29th".
If I make a curry with it today and then use the rest to make up chicken pies - would it be ok to freeze them today for later use ?Kindness costs nothing0 -
