HBOS/Lloyds integration

Any techies or those in the know who can answer the following?

Once the systems are intergrated overnight tonight will I be able to access full functionality on my smart phone?

At present I can view the accounts page, but none of the links work.

Just interested.

    Are you meaning a specific smartphone app, or accessing the normal online banking page via a smartphone?

    As I think backinbusiness meant the latter, which will surely be available again tomorrow?

    I was referring to an app.

    Thanks for clarifying. I'd expect normal web access to be available early Monday morning.
  • Yes I did mean normal online banking website and not an "app" as such.

    Prior to the "new" website I could access all areas via my smartphone, however since the "new" website arrived I've been able to navigate to the accounts page and no further.

    So o4u you reckon this will be sorted tomorrow?

    You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)

    I can access the new website from my smartphone ... never had a problem with it. Is there something in your phone's settings that's preventing you from going further?
  • rb10 - no I don't think so. It's working fully now although I've lost my ISA!!

    Same here, I've always had full access on my phone, on the old and new online banking
    Debt free and staying that way! :beer:
  • with BOS giving up the reward accounts in favour of less attractive LTSB accounts why would anyone want to open a BOS account? The rewards is and was far better. Surely Scottish customers can open a Halifax reward account onlline if they so wish.
