I would phone them and see if the BT has been applied to your account.

Well I found out the reason why the transfer still hasn't appeared in EM. My BT for the full credit limit. Apparently, this kicked of their fraud detection system (has this happened to anyone else?). So they didn't action the BT, but wrote to me asking me to contact them urgently. When I phoned and confirmed that I had indeed asked for the BT in question, they said it was in the system and on its way. Turns out that wasn't true - they only actioned the BT the day I called, last Friday.
They now tell me to expect the money at the end of this week.0 -

Yes, this happened to me and somebody else on the stoozing forum also mentioned it. They rang me on the same day that I requested the BT. The funds have hit my egg money today, after 8 working days.A cynic is a man who knows the price of everything but the value of nothing.0 -

Same happened to me too. Funds weren't transferred despite contacting them and confirming the details.mrsw wrote:Well I found out the reason why the transfer still hasn't appeared in EM. My wife applied for the Clydesdale card last month and has been turned down her first ever since started stoozing. She has made an appeal and documents been sent last 31/01/07 but until now no news. It's doesn't look promising and we'll give them a ring tomorrow as we've just been back from holiday.
If they said that she's been approved but with BT fees then I guess we will cancel it unless they waived the fee.
For those who made an appeal how long did they wait a reply?
