Its back. Over the past three or so months, I have had several letters stating that I had won a prize and giving me a contact number to ring to claim it. The letter is very 'in your face' in the way in which it is written. I have shredded it on each occasion. I received another today and researched the data on it via the internet. Please beware of the following:
Sent from 'The British Awards Council' - no trace on the web.
Signed off by Roger Davies, Awards Manager - several postings about him
Phone number quoted 09061580140 or text 84228
Address PO Box 63, Ross-on-Wye, Hertfordshire, HR9 9WX - linked to several scams.
Please be aware and do not call this.

And all you will get in return is more than likely a booklet of vouchers which have some strict terms attached to them (Save £150 when you buy £1500 worth of crap from such and such a website)

Just received mail in with a brochure from 'Jean-Patrique Professional cookware' whom I did buy an item from them about 12 months ago, saying I am guaranteed a prize, they didn't ask for money but response has to be quick by phoning a costly phone number. Felt it didn't seem right so I checked the letter from FRS ('Fidelity Response Service') on the internet and it is linked with scams. At the top it says 'Fidelity Response Service', the small print at the bottom links it with strikelucky.com and the address is PO Box 22, Ross-on-wye, Herefordshire, HR9 9WU which appears to be linked to several scams, this is being shredded, I wouldnt advise anyone to pass their information to them as a few years ago my mum was draw into this kind of cruel scamming and 5 years on she is still receiving scam mail trying to lure her in, they seem to especially target the elderly.

I also recieved a letter from Confirmed Awards saying that I won ,
to raise awarness the address is PO Box 63,Ross-on-Wye , HR9 9WX , they ask you to call and 0900 number or text ,
they also send pictures of winners all elderly people ,
How can they get away with such thing , I am glad these forums exist and they are searchable on search engines, please post all the letter so anyone can find this forum and be aware,
