taking a 5 year old to a JLS concert?

My daughter is obsessed with JLS and I have just seent they are playing a concert here next March, 5 days after her 5th birthday, and was thinking of getting her tickets as a present. Obviously I would get seated tickets so we wouldnt be in the standing crush, but Im not sure if there are age restrictions on concerts or even if its suitable for her. I just know she would love to go and see them. Has anyone else taken a young child to a concert like this?
Ideas,help and advice always welcome, judgements and assumptions are not!!

I'm sure someone else commented on the JLS concert and even at the seating tickets, people were standing up the whole night.
I went to Boyzone when I was about 6/7 and I enjoyed myself, from what I can remember.The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
depending on the venue, and how banked the seating is, you will most likely find that you cant see, as everyone stands up at a concert
if you can get front row in any of the tiers you might stand a chance of being able to see, but usually if there is a standing pit at the front, you will be so far back anyway, that JLS will be a speck on a stage in the distance - although for most concerts its the atmosphere that makes it, rather than being within touching distance of the performers
JLS swear rarely in their set, if at all, so thats one thing you dont have to worry about
which venue is it? people might be able to suggest the best place to sit

I took my daugher to a JLS concert this June - just after she turned 7. We had seated tickets and pretty much everyone stayed seated so she could see fne. She is quite sensitive to lots of noise so i was a bt worried about taking her but she was so excited about seeing JLS that she was fine! She still talks about it and looks at the pics all the time. I am so glad I took her! There was a minimum age stated when I booked but I can't remember what it was.0

Although she won't get crushed in the seating ticket area, she won't be able to see as everyone will stand up. I guess she has more chance to see if the seating area isn't flat but she still may not be able to see0

If she cant see, stand her on the chair... :beer:0

Apart from the blindly obvious reason(s) as to why it is a stupid idea to take her, wouldn't it finish way after her bedtime?2014 Target;

I wouldn't at just 5 as too young to be into stuff like that IMO0

I probably wouldnt take a 5 year old. Better to buy her a JLS dvd and you can be subjected to that over and over again until it wears out (or the DVD player dies). :-):jProud mummy to a beautiful baby girl born 22/12/11 :j0

I'm sure staying up past her bedtime wouldn't hurt for one night,0
