You can get his details from ebay
Done that (how I got his phone number) but it doesn't give an address...
Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.

Sorry I completely misread your OP, about having his mobile number.
    Is he a business seller?
Do you have a name & town for him, he may be in the phone book, or google him.

eBay gave me his mobile number, and his first and last name - it also says he lives in Birmingham.

BT's online phonebook can find no "Tisdale" in Birmingham.

Do you have any more information - I'm in Birmingham and may be able to have a look in our phone books etc.

Send eBay a copy of the Bank Transfer and ask eBay to refund you direct for Item Not Recieved. That should get the ball going...

    That's funny.

    Have you ever used eBay?
