    Sorry I completely misread your OP, about having his mobile number.
    Is he a business seller?
    Do you have a name & town for him, he may be in the phone book, or google him.

    eBay gave me his mobile number, and his first and last name - it also says he lives in Birmingham.

    BT's online phonebook can find no "Tisdale" in Birmingham.

    stick his mobile number in Google and see what comes up. Might have adverts on other sites
