As they use the O2 network I find them very good. I just transferred my wife's 3 number over to giffgaff as the 3 signal was non existent in this part of Scotland. Either way as they don't do contracts it's easy to move on if for some reason they didn't suit.

This is the thing though, it seems some are stupid and the marketers play on this. For your £35/month you got your 'free' phone remember?
When you compare like with like then the deals are just another ripple in the pool of available offerings.
