    Hi NJK

Sorry to hear about your job..... why on earth have they suspended your account????

I am sure you will bounce back and get back on track soon.

    Thanks Goochie & Silkglade.
I can't see the suspension being lifted anytime soon, if at all as they are a very slow company to do anything to be honest.

My money stays the same as i thought till christmas because of me being paid a couple of months in arrears so short term it shouldn't make a difference. However I was planning on using the whole of January and February's wages to clear what ever debt was left and live on the benfits we recieve. Now that money is not there, it's a race to pay off as much as possible before the interest kicks in on the 11th of next month for one of them and the other starts charging silly interest on the 2nd of Feb next year.

On the bright side at least i have plenty of time to ebay everything that isnt nailed down! So thats this weeks plan, starting from now, so off to empty every cupboard, drawer, wardrobe, toy box etc and see what can be sold.

If I havent reported back in a day or two, I,m stuck under a pile of junk. Wish me luck!

    Morning diary,

Decided that sitting around sulking is going to get me no where fast!

    So far today I have.

    - Sorted out log in problems on online college course(was getting a bit neglected while working)
    - Phoned and arranged a clothing and booked collection for tommorow (have about 12 bin liners sorted)
    - Made my PAD
    - checked online banking

    Still to do,

    - Sort through wardrobes, drawers and loft to make sure I've not missed anything for the collection tomorrow, I will get 50p kg for clothes and 5p kg for books.
    - Take pictures of ebay pile and start listing
    - Fill in two royal mail claims forms for stuff they have lost.
    - Attend parents consultation
    - Collect wood from dads for the new storage cupboard we need to shelve out.
    - Go to pet shop for fish food.

Managed to get yesterdays list done apart from the royal mail forms, no idea why but I keep putting this job off so it's top of my list today.

Got two kids with colds so heating has had to go on from yesterday, was trying to hold off till November.

Not much sleep all round last night as the kids couldn't sleep with the colds they have so I was up and down dosing up with calpol and it felt wrong me going to bed before they were asleep so ended up staying awake till about 3am. Used this time to start going through and entering some competitions on the forum, not done this before, but well I've got nothing to loose.

    Today's undemanding list;

    Sort out royal mail forms
    Make PAD
Wait in for clothing and book collection
    Tidy downstairs
    Enter more competitions
Goto supermarket for wine (woohoo it's Friday!):T

Aww.. thank you Silkglade, hope all is well in your household and your not doing to bad a job yourself.

I am quite chuffed with how the debt is coming down however it feels like a race against the calender to get CC 1 paid off before the interest starts to be charged. I really do begrudge paying them a penny more than I need to and have become the "tight one!" in our household. The thought of debt busting come January with no extra income is really scary and I had big hopes for what to do with the extra cash once the debt is paid off. That's life though and i'm sure it will all work out in the end.

Had a really lazy day today and the house is showing it. I've been sat at the computer entering competitions, claiming free samples and managed to clear 20,000 e-mails. I have also requested the passwords for the mystery shopping companies that i used to work for and booked in 3 jobs over the next few weeks. Couldn't bring myself to do surveys today though they are so mind numbing!

The 24 items I have on ebay at the moment have been bid up to an amazing amount of 1.98 though there's time yet.

Managed to claim a free bag of crisps, a bag of skittles and a box of chocolates guaranteed today, all the little bits helps and time is something I now have quite a bit of which feels really strange! Have entered around 250 competitions since yesterday and will do more tonight. Someone has to win right?

    Hi there
just started reading, you seem to be very organised with your lists etc. Hope it carries on working for you. Obviously we don't know what your OHs health issues are, but it may pay him to sign up onto survey sites etc, as they quite often don't screen out males. Worth a look perhaps?

Sorry to hear that your DS is being bullied, I hope the school are supportive of him and you and get it sorted soon.

Thanks chev, I am trying to be organised think the chaos was part of what got us in to this mess in the first place. My OH does do the surveys but have been told i can't have any money from them toward the budget at the moment because he wan'ts to buy me something special for Christmas. can't really argue with that can I, lol.

Good news on the CC front the one I'm working on today went under £500:T.

    List for today:

    Enter mystery shopping results
    Clean kitchen
try and get all washing done
    Make beds
    enter more competitions
sit on my butt and watch some films with the kids:)

    Evening diary,

Debt repayments are still being made daily and I'm really pleased with the progress we have made in such a small amount of time.

I've acted like a real student today and have spent all day sat in my dressing gown infront of the computer working on one of my essays. I've got about 3/4 of the draft completed so will have another go at it tonight with any luck. Just managed to throw some clothes on before the kids got home from school :). Off to post a couple of ebay items now then back to throw some tea together before taking the kids trick or treating. Leaving the hubby at home with 30 mini bags of Haribo in the hope that the majority will be handed out to the local kids rather than ending up in his belly.

Right must dash as if i wait much longer my free lift to the post office won't be around and I will have an hours walk instead.
