I broke my OSF earlier, It fell out of my bag and the screen has cracked:(
Now I don't know where I stand on replacements cos I am on contract with a Nokia, but bought the OSF on PAYG in April cos I wanted a smartphone. So I put my contract sim into the OSF and gave my mum my old Nokia with the sim I got with the OSF.
Anyway, would I be able to get it replaced? I really don't want to go into another contract again as I have been made redundant and don't think I can afford it but I can't put up with a broken phone!
But you are already in a contract anyway-breaking your phone doesn't void your contract. You will be paying the monthly fee until the end of the minimum term regardless, so without a replacement or repair, you will be getting nothing for your money.
Have you checked if it's covered under your home contents insurance? No free lunch, and no free laptop
