Can you understand that now I have cancelled they want to send me a topper. Yet more telephone calls to SN and still awaiting a telephone to say that it is cancelled.
I am sorry for all of you out there who are having the same problems as myself as this is driving me up the wall.
I have just found Dorma double size is cheaper than SN in one of my local stores. (Dunelm)
This is the email I got this morning.
Your order has been scheduled for despatch via Yodel and your tracking number is:
This is a 2-3 day carrier service so you should expect your parcel in the next 72 to 96 hours.
We would like to thank you for your order and would also like you to accept the voucher code Silentnight which will entitle you to 10% off your next order on https://www.uk-bedding.co.uk.
Kind regards

Just to confirm that they are 2.5cm deep
lizbee hopefully you will get your money back AND a topper anyway!0 -
My Topper has arrived after I cancelled it.
Groupon told me not to accept the parcel and refuse delivery.
I then actually got a phone call from Sleep who told me not to refuse delivery as it would take another 3 weeks to get to their depot, she said she would send out a return bag and then to send it back by the post office. She said as soon as she gets it back she will send a note to show it has been cancelled.
The only good thing to come out of this is at last I have got an email address to reply directly to her.
Miche05 I would not want the topper now if they gave it to me. Many bad memories of this topper and worry.
Aldi have toppers on sale on Sunday much cheaper.
When I get my money back I am going to unsubscribe from Groupon and Never ever buy anything from SN.:eek:Lizbee.;)0 -
Is this the deal? I know a few people who had problems with it too
I don't have any experience of it myself, but the same thing happened when I ordered hair straighteners from Groupon (I think there's a thread going around this forum about that too). Some people couldn't get past the voucher stage (me) and some didn't receive them and couldn't get through to the company
I hope this gets sorted out. If the company couldn't meet the demand they shouldn't have set their amount so high on the Groupon site!
