It is a bit alarm bells...as if you go back and find the first groupon, which the voucher activated on 15th august (thats the one im on about) there was something like 10,000 of those sold. And now, as Becky confirmed, theyve done a further offer on which the voucher activated yesterday...so if they cant/havent fulfilled the first 10,000 whats going to happen with this next lot? Hoping that we will see some other posters here saying they have recieved theirs, as current count of 1 isnt too good!0

Wow guys... I think I am going to contact my bank tomorrow (smile/co-operative) and cancel the lot... they're pretty good about stuff like that.
Thanks for the feedback on this. It was a nice idea and a good savings on something that might help me sleep but I can't spend a lot of time worrying about it if it looks this dodgy!
I did get an automated email response from Groupon saying they are having 'unusually high volume' of people contacting them... gee I wonder why0 -

I have been waiting 4 weeks now and customer service is rubbish - Groupon facebook team answer you immediately

It's crazy - Groupon is re-offering this deal, again, for another 82 hours now!
I still haven't heard from them about why my voucher code for the purchase I made on Saturday doesn't work :mad:0 -
hi guys, well never guess what - mine has turned up today! so 3 weeks 3 days later. my husband is at home and has sent me a pic of it - its NOT in a tall dark blue silentnight box as per the pic that was on the offer, it is in a plastic bag (much like one a duvet comes in) and rolled up. It is what it says on the offer, but just not packaged the same. Will report back tommorow as to what its like to sleep on! its a 'silentnight impress memory foam mattress topper with cover'.0

I too am having the same problem but the voucher does say that you have 7 days to cancel so I have emailed Groupon to cancel as cannot reach them on the phone 'due to high demand'.
The code I was provided with was 'invalid' and when I finally got through to bedding UK they confirmed that there is a problem and that Groupon have issued duplicate codes to people.
I bought with my credit card and they have confirmed that they will help me fight it, if necessary.
I'm not waiting one week just for a reply. I think this is really poor of Groupon and not what I expect.0 -

I to purchased this deal from Groupon (1st time purchaser of Groupon Deals) and redeemed my voucher on 16 August 2011. After 14 days and still no delivery I contacted Sleep Ltd and wondered if there was a problem as the phone just rang out. After 2 days of continual trying I managed to speak to someone who said they were sent out to Parcelforce last Wednesday and so toTwo days later I contacted Sleep Ltd again (after 3 hours of redialling!!!!!) to be told they went out on Wednesday 31 August 2011 to Parcelforce and give it a couple of days. I explained that the previous week I was told they had gone out the Wednesday previously and the lady said dont know who gave you that info but they went on 31st August. I asked for a Tracking No for Parcelforce which they gave me. Rang Parcelforce who had all the details of myself but said they had the correct tracking no but had not even collected or been asked to collect by Sleep Ltd. Rang back to Sleep Ltd who said they would look into it and ring me back> I was not prepared to accept that and asked to speak with a Manager. They put me through to someone who put the phone down straight away. Rang again and spoke to someone called Leon on the 0800 no who assured me he would check into and call me back. Two days later and still no call back from Leon. Rang again today to be told that they have definately gone and to check with parcelforce again. Parcelforce have still not got the goods to send out. Rang Sleep Ltd again this pm and was answered more promptly than previously and was told they have had to set on more staff to deal with all the calls and that the Manager would be ringing everyone back over the next 2 days lol
Perhaps I should have listened to the saying - If something seems to good to be true it probably is!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Just an update - its now been slept on and is very comfy and im pleased with it - but disclaimer here, i am new to memory foam things so i would probably have thought any mem foam product would be comfy compared to my old mattress, and im also pretty sure i could have got one for around the same price if i would have shopped around on amazon/ebay/tesco etc.0

I wish to add to the growing list of complaint from Customers who have not received there Mattress topper from Groupon via Silent night, I also ordered a double topper on the 15 August 2011 and I have still not received it. Promised delivery up to two weeks and nearly 4 weeks later still waiting.
I have emailed Groupon and Silent night and no response from either of them.
If you receive your toppers will you let us know and I will do the same.
I know Groupon is very busy as the reply to my email was" very busy and allow 1 week for them to get back to me"
