  • Today is turning out to be a big spend day  Blinds have just been put up. I am really pleased with them a perfect week also for them to arrive. DS2 & I are currently enjoying the sun and our new shaded conservatory.

Worked this morning and realised I need more products so had to place an order, hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

Ds2 & I have also been to get some ice creams from lidle, there where very nice. I was not so keen on Lidle but it is growing on me now, which is good as it is only over the road.

Can't believe how lovely it is out, hope everyone is enjoying it. I mite even try my hand at a bit of gardening later.

Oh came home yesterday with some positive news that mite lead him to a better position at work, really hope it works out for him. I think he is going a bit stale where he is now and need a new challenge, my work is also picking up which is also great but I am finding it a bit tough to juggle everything.

Did some sum yesterday and worked out if we carry on how we are with the overpayment's and we are on track to pay off the mortgage in 16 years!! told oh and he was really pleased and it has given us both a boost. But we have decided we really need a new bathroom so will need to save for that also. Its never ending really isn't it.

Just been doing some research on eBay really pleased with what I have found. I Have a canon camera & 5 canon lenses I have never used It was an impulse buy oh has never let me forget.
Paid I think £400 in total.

One lens is at £77 and still has 3 hrs left and the camera body is worth about £280 still need to search out the others. I can't believe I have left it till now. I mite be luck and make my money back.

Kids are driving me nuts today, one minuet they are playing nicely together I turn for 1 second and they are bickering. Bring on bedtime please.

    Things to do

Find rest of the canon lenses
    Research what they are worth
Find mini disc camcorder and look into sell also
    List on eBay (OPI)
List a few bits on FB
Try to preswade oh to sell Xbox games he never plays

    Mini shop £7.44, Petrol £77.98, school trip £1.50, sister's Xmas's pressie £22
    oh Tesco ex £10

Took down the package on my website saving £10pm

Thought I would get another quote for the window blinds in the conservatory It was a whopping £460, I think we will stick with the original companies quote of £230. This conservatory is turning out to be costing a fortune. But some great news told my mum about it and she has offered to pay £200. Love her:A

I am not feeling very motivated at the moment to get all the little thing done like ebaying, surveys etc, thought it would be a good idea to list hear my goal for the future to try and keep me motivated.

My dream is to pay off as much of the mortgage as possible to allow us to rent it out and final make the move to Australia to give my boys a better life down under BUT I need to get my head down on my course to get the big barrier in my plan POINTS.
