A lady who viewed my house commented on the lovely original features, she said how nice the Victorian fireplaces were and how much she loved the deep skirting boards etc...
Her final question was "are the dildo rails original?"
I kept a straight face,unfortunately the husband didn't!0 -
Lady came to see my flat at night when it was dark and her feedback was the flat is too dark0

What's the dumbest thing a seller has said to you when showing you around their house?0 -

"This is the kitchen", as we walked into a room full of fitted kitchen units and appliances that looked suspiciously like a kitchen to me. No !!!!!! Sherlock!0 -
When I was showing around my second floor flat, a potential buyer asked me how she would dry her clothes without a garden.
I said she could hang them in the balcony (which was huge), or buy a drier (kitchen was big enough to fit one in).
She left the flat saying "hmm... not sure I want to do that" Goodness know why she came to view a top floor flat?
What on earth would she do in the winter or when its raining??
Has she never heard of a tumble drier or airer?! What a strange person :rotfl:0 -
Oh, it's just come back to me - the dumbest question asked by a viewer was in that Mary Portas documentary; while pretending to be a viewer, she turns to the EA and says
"What facing is it?"0 -
We were renting and new tenants were shown round while we were there.
We did have 2 cats and a dog, but were still surprised to be asked "do you have mice"!
Apparently there was a mouse problem at their previous flat!Give yourself a Chistmas bonus £14 a week!

I'm renting out a room, and have had so many messages asking 'is there a double bed?'
They are clearly missing the mention of the double bed in the text, and the said double bed in the photos ...0
