Parking Ticket Received on Private Land Help!

Hi,
I received 2 parking tickets in December 2010 from a private company (LPE - Legal Parking Enforcers), in the car park of a private appartment building. I had previously had one in August 2010, which I ignored and heard nothing else from. To park here you need to get a pass from the security desk, I had a pass in the window, but it had expired by 1 day.
I ignored these letters, then back in July 2011 received a letter from the company asking for payment. Again I ignored and got 2 more threatening letters. I then replied asking for evidence. They sent me photographs but none of the pictures had both the date they were taken and the evidence of a sign being near the car. I also asked for legal guidance that they could persue these fines. I heard nothing back, then received a letter from 'Judges Demand' debt collectors agency a few days ago.
I am now slightly worried about ignoring them from this letter, but still dont feel it is right to pay, they now want nearly £300.
Please advise!!!
Lucy

Can't be long now, you must be at the end of the paper chain of begging letters. Very official sounding is Judges Demand but they are just another debt collector who can be ignored.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Just ignore it.......................make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Be warned they come back and offer you the golden opportunity to pay the initial fine..
not bad work for pressing print 4 times on a computer mouse...same advice... IGNORE

Dunno why on earth you suddenly thought that writing to them was a good idea.

Part of the reason for ignoring these scams is so they do not even know whether anyone is receiving their letter-chain, whether you've moved away, snuffed it, are a County Court Judge or Copper, etc! You took the bait so now they know you are reading their letters so they will try harder...but it will only mean more letters (hope you didn't give a phone number...).
Let me Google that for you
Click on the above result for MSE posts about these scammers.
And pepipoo result of similar search.
Just ignore them, it's a pathetic con, stop taking the bait please!

These are not even real parking 'tickets' so please stop calling them that!
Read up about it and stop getting so bothered by a scam similar to phishing emails. Did you read the links I gave you to all the other people who have had your letters?
All you may like to do is tell the car buyer that they may get some letters about the car and can they just keep them for you, or bin them, as it's a well-known con (fake parking ticket scam) and nothing for you or them to worry about.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah have read those letters, but then someone has posted that its not even worth writing to them!!!
What will happen then, will they just give up and stop writing??0 -
Yep, been there done that. Letters (and possibly phone calls but that's rarer), then nothing.
It's how the scam works, letter threats and no Court. Apparently 70% of (uninformed or credulous) people actually pay these scam fake tickets!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So youve had them and just left them and then they stop???
I also read somewhere that if they have stuck that horrid yellow envelope on your window - it is illegal and you should report them???0
