    Got it in one!

Just make sure that you tell all of your family and friends how the private parking system really works.

Judges Demand? I demand that debt collectors stop using the understandable ignorance of people to take advantage of them. They have no more power to demand money from anybody than King Canute did to order that the tide didn't come in. Admittedly his direction came a little more from left field than Judges Demand's does but that doesn't make their actions any less incredible. Like some of the claims they have for cases "their" High Court Enforcement Officers have been involved in which have a whiff of Jackanory about them.

According to the HCEOA listings Judges Demand have no High Court Enforcement Officers so quite how the ones referred to are "theirs" one can only imagine.

....... and they all lived happily ever after. THE END
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

Have a look at Judges Demand website see how professional they are!!

They hold a "CUSTOMER" credit licence!! and in their testamonials they brag about "CEASING" a jet!!

Our High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO’s) have ceased a Jet recently and have sent us the following report to remind us and our Clients that its not only Jets that they can cease :

This is a list of those HCEOs. As you can see, nobody from "Judges Demand" is mentioned on there:-

What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • I really dont think people know just how bad these type of companies really are. OK, the OP has sold the car but what amazed me was, they still used the same car park and got another ticket. If that were where I live, the car would have been lifted and gone. So count yourself very lucky. As for any letters, bin and ignore. Or return to sender, marked, "Being reported to Police for Harassment".
In future steer clear of private car parks. I stopped using the congestion zone and changed how I worked. Parking tickets and Baliffs became a daily part of my life and its the best thing I have done, not being a part of it anymore.

I only steer clear of private car parks with clamping signs as you cannot reason with those nutters - and their agenda has absolutely zero to do with keeping car parking spaces free. So as e result, some places like certain pubs would never get my family's business, just due to the clampers infesting their land.

But as for avoiding private car parks, why should we? If I am a customer of a shop like Sainburys and they have a car park of course I am going to use it, and if I then want to wander along to the Post Office or have some lunch in the nearby cafe I will NOT move my car because PPC World have made up some imaginary restriction time.

The resident parasites can plonk as many fake tickets on my windscreen as they like, they would all go into the same receptacle in the end. :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

According to LPE's website they have a "stable management team". Does that mean they also ticket or impound badly parked horses?

The fact they they feel the need to comment on the stability of their management team - putting it forward almost as a USP - suggests that they consider that unique. Perhaps it is?

  • I thought that meant they had a team to manage the Stable not much of a selling point as they don't say how well they cleaned up the carp.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

I hadn'nt looked at their website for a couple of weeks but, oh dear, they're using the DVLA and ICO logos. When will these people learn?
