I slipped up last night adding up the bogofs so i could use the £5 newspaper voucher. Total before bogof was one pair of Timoteis short of the £20, so the self scanner wouldn't take the voucher . It did take the £2.50 HnB & a couple of 50 points though, but i was annoyed at my silly error. Cost after voucher: £6.39

Wanting to use up the £5 voucher, but not wanting to increase further my stockpile of shampoo & toothpaste, I returned last night's toiletries so I could re-buy them, adding a couple of extras to hit the required £20 spend. No probs getting the refund - the cs girl paired all the items, scanned one of each and hit the qty 2 button for all. But when I checked the receipt later I realised that the BOGOFs hadn't come off on the refund, and they had credited my card with the full £17.78 Now £11.39 better off than before I started.

I then added two handwash BOGOF's to yesterday's purchases, and went through the self scan using the £5, 1 x £2.5 & 1 x 50pts. Total before BOGOFs £21.10, paid cash after vouchers £3.05. So after all that I'm £8.34 up in cash, with £21.10 of free toiletries, and about 170 points in the bag. I wonder why the BOGOFs didn't kick in on the refund???

i think you postd in the wrong thread vix. This thread is about the health & beauty vouchers found on the pharmacy counters. You should check the Clothing vouchers thread for info on the vouchers you're asking about. I dunno about them, haven't come across them myself.

Can I just thank you for all the help via this site you ve given a newbie like me. I did 5 sets of h & b this week and used the £5 off each time with all the vouchers you have stated in your updates.

Thank you rockyrose for your lovely comments and for all the others ones I have received this evening via PM's.

I hope that the majority find my posts useful and informative ....... tonight I have so far helped 15 individual members by offering to send them vouchers.

Other coupon-users have also previously thanked me for sending coupons out.

There are lots of health and beauty vouchers that do not see the light of day, that are whisked away by tesco employees and listed on ebay before they hit the pharmacy shelf.

I was not expecting to be criticised for it! when all I was doing was being helpful.
