Sorry, I think I have lost the plot - what is R & R?

Sadly, your question should be 'what was R&R'.

It's the policy of Tesco to refund you in full and give you the item free, if you find you have been overcharged. People have got free TVs and consoles as well as loads and loads of food and grocery products free, because the fact is that Tesco do have an overcharging problem!

Anyway, on Monday this policy will change and they will only give you Double the Difference. Still good on a big difference (e.g. a BOGOF or half-price offer not working) as you can still get the product free. In some cases they'll even have to refund more than you paid (but that would be fairly rare, not unheard of on DVDs though).

Bottom line is, don't check item prices as they go through the Tesco till, as if you ask the cashier to correct an overcharge you don't get the policy. Just CHECK YOUR RECEIPT after leaving the till, as loads of items go thru' at higher prices than was indicated on the shelf. Loads. Many of them are in my house now...;)

Normally there's a Tesco misprices discussion thread on here but it's currently closed due to squabbling! You can probably still find the Tesco misprices thread though (it tells you just the errors, no discussion or questions allowed on there though).

Both Quit vouchers work on Colgate pumps. I bought 4 on BOGOF therefore £2.28 x 2 = £5.56.

I used both £1.25 quit vouchers, a £2 off £8 voucher and 4 Colgate vouchers from the quit packs.

4 colgate pumps (2.28x4=9.12) - £1.25 (1 QK toiletry) - £1.25 (1 QK beauty)
- 4x40p colgate coupons TOTAL = 46p

6 Sanex bath (2.48x6=14.88) - £2.50 (2 QK toiletry) - ££2.50 (2 QK Beauty)
TOTAL = £2.44

would be grateful for confirmation from the experienced 'coupeners'!! THANKS!!XX

Whether it works everytime will depend on the till operator, as really, both items can't be toiletry and beauty(together). I have never been stopped from using both, but I know people who have.

Go for students at weekends.

I've got 21x£2 make up vouchers,I don't wear make up so if they are of any use to anyone pm me and I'll send you some.I think I went overboard when I grabbed them but I was in a different Tesco than usual because ours never has any of these vouchers so I went for a pile only to discover they were for make up.you just can't win can you!!

I know this is off thread but can anyone tell me if any of the clothing vouchers (spring) are still around. Got a set of blue vouchers today and want to maximise their value. Anyone any ideas how this is possible, also have some Quit clothing vouchers.

To keep this on thread, used some quit and h&b vouchers today. Thanks to kind mse'rs (you know who you are). Got Tresemme x 4, Plax x 2 and Colgate x 2. Brill!

The spring voucher run out tomorrow. Its more than likely some more will come along as tesco seem very fond of giving out vouchers at the moment. ( Not in my store though only quit ones).

The spring vouchers expire tomorrow.

If you spend £60 worth of clothing (depends what you are buying though, so I'll give an example)

£25 childrens clothes
£35 womens clothes (includes bags, shoes etc)

= £60

Use all blue ones (mens work with anything when you spend the required amount)
Use two QK ones
Use two spring time ones.

I don't know if anyone has confirmed that two spring work, but the two QK definitely do.

Gives you £60 of clothing for £11
