    I emailed regarding not being able to see my account and received the following today:

  • Received another holding e-mail. Very frustrating as I wanted to cash my cheque in time for Christmas. I could be being paranoid but do people remember the issues we had around this time last year with getting our cheques?!

    I got that one four days ago and still no change, how long does it take to sort out a Technical issue :eek:

    I have finally been able to get into my account this morning:T. I have a payment due that was processed on 18 October but no sign of it arriving:mad:. I will give them another week and send an email, not that it makes any difference, it just makes me feel better:rotfl:

  • I used to use mutualpoints a lot quite a few years ago and earned quite a bit. But in recent years if you get several e-mails where clicking on them gives you points I find only the first one does! I have to wait till the next day to click on another to get it to register! So you end up with a backlog of e-mails- can't be bothered anymore! Anyone else find this? Also the number of e-mails where you actually can earn free points just by clicking on them seems to be dropping as well... I much prefer maximiles nowadays.
  • I used to get my payout via cheque but see that they now offer paypal.

    Has anyone used this with them and can advise on how long it takes as my experience is their cheques take weeks.
