Been waiting since September for a Paypal payment.

After chasing and being passed from pillar to post, have now been told I am not getting a payment due to having too many points!!!!! These were accrued from when they were running at paying for referrals of 1500 points back in 2007 - of which they are denying knowledge of it. Even though they can access my account.

If anyone has a confirmation email showing this is the case, can they send it to support@mutualpoints.com as that could be the problem why prople are waiting for payments.

    Many thanks.

Update: Many thanks to Tim who has sent me a copy of the email I need and who is in the same position of waiting since August for a payment.

Well, I'm still waiting from September for a Paypal payment so congrats on your cheque payment.

Still awaiting replies to emails from them and I need some much needed Xmas money. Might have to turn into Scrooge this Xmas otherwise.

Pricerunner stopped tracking for me again on 1 February. I queried this and got the usual fob off of they can be added after 28 days. Seems strange to me that they are added daily for a couple of weeks apart from the odd omission, then zilch:mad:

Same for me, the tracking is just ridiculously bad...

I got a notification today saying points were added and I was thinking it must be all the points over the last 14 days or so. On my account they only added the points from yesterday. They are going to receive a big complaint email from me with the dates I clicked on, not letting this go with them as they shouldnt advertise the offer and not pay

I got all excited reading this as I thought that maybe just maybe some of my hundreds of missing points had come through. Alas no such luck. They reckon that at most they are 28 days behind, so I shall leave it until the end of the month and email again.

I agree 100% with what is said but alas Mutualpoints will not do anything with something that is basically money for nothing !
