What refund am I entitled to?

I bought a pair of boots the other day which were described as being used but in perfect condition. They have arrived this morning and there are scuffs all over the heels, the faux leather is peeling off around the tops and down the backs, and the fronts are dented. The soles are worn so that the pattern is unrecognisable…

With ebay, you'll be expected to return them tracked BEFORE she has to issue you with a refund.

I would also get a quote to return them, and ask her to pay this too. On top of that, don't let her trick you into sending them second class, as no doubt she'd claim they didn't arrive...
