The mattress was stated as included in the price, that's why we 'expected' to get a mattress (and were certainly duped, as the ad stated something, only for it to change after the deal had closed - if I advertised a car that you bought, then told you it didn't come with wheels afterwards, I'm pretty sure you'd feel duped . There are a few places that you can get a cheap double bed, including mattress for £199. Since the deal was to 'save £130' on this bed, it wasn't completely unrealistic to expect that it came with the mattress, as stated.

My refund came through this morning - I am planning to put it towards a new mattress

sorry but that to me indicates and said no where else that the matress was not included, hence i bought the deal. i went to the crazy bed site today and looks like the mattress is now extra and it states to the groupon purchaseres that it is. the hone number is dead or goes dead, groupon phone number is down for upgrading so i have sent them an e mail about this. this bed is a bargain WITH the mattress, but NOT without it and I would be seeking my money back from Groupon if this is not the case as I see that it is Groupon with whom my contract is made and it is for them to resolve this issue with Crazyprice beds. My fingers are burnt!!!!!!! I think it is a Trading standards issue!!

All-- I had a very bad experience of them and if possible try to avoid them. I think it is OK if things go fine else they are worst in customer service. It seems they need all minute details of the product supplied by them even like Order No while raising complain in addition to pictures and stuff. Once this is over, real pain starts. Their technical manager need to have conversation with you before things move forward and their technical manager works only four days in a week and that too only from 11.00 to 14.00. Getting to her is like getting appointment to prime minister. You can not reach her as she is always busy and her assistant do not allow you to hold the phone as well. It is two weeks since I raised my issues like missing parts of order and they have yet not take any action as their technical manager need to have a word with me before they provide me missing parts. What a horrible nightmare as I can not even return product without her consent.
